To ride MARTA, each person must have either a Breeze Ticket / Card with at least a one-way fare on it.

Breeze Tickets:
Breeze Tickets are best for occasional riders who use MARTA to attend special events such as sporting events or visit tourist attractions.
Breeze Tickets are non-reloadable and expire in 90 days. When buying a Breeze Ticket, $1.00 fee will be added to cover the cost of the Breeze Ticket.

Breeze Cards:
Breeze Cards are best for frequent riders who use MARTA for commuting purposes. Breeze Cards are reloadable and expire in 3 years.
When buying a Breeze Card, $2.00 fee will be added to cover the cost of a Breeze Card Balance Protection available (call customer service or register at www.breezecard.com).
Tap the blue circle on the fare gate with Breeze Ticket/Card to enter and exit the station or tap the blue circle on the bus farebox to ride the bus. Tap your Breeze Ticket/Card to exit the train station and to load your transfers. (This step is not necessary on the bus - transfers are loaded when you board)
